Cancellation

In the case of a cancellation or if the holiday is not taken, there is an obligatory cancellation fee.

The flat rate fees are
Up to 30 days before date of arrival 10% of the total fee
From the 29th day 20%
From the 21st day 30%
Up to 1 day before departure 60%

We therefore recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance
